Sheetrock! Finally looks like a house inside, Yea!!

We made a trip today to see the house and see some subcontractors to choose a few more colors and materials.  When we arrived, no one was at the house working, which was disappointing.  But, we found all the sheetrock had been hung and floated, so the workers are likely waiting for the latest mud to dry before applying the next layer.

These pictures are really out of order, but its too much trouble to rearrange, so here we go....

Roof is complete, ready for insulation

Most construction crews took off between Christmas and New Years, so not a huge amount of progress, but a few new things to show:

• Roof is complete
• Electrical is (almost) complete
• Propane piping has begun, but not complete
• Framing/mechanical inspection before Christmas found a few things that have been corrected and ready for re-inspection
• Insulation hopefully next week, and then sheetrock will begin right after that
• Countertops have been selected, 
• flooring choices have been finalized
